GIRL!!!!

 

We are so excited to add a little girl to our family! I can't wait to start buying dresses, bows, shoes and lots of pink. Actually I may already have. 🤣

I wanted to do a fall themed gender reveal and I thought pumpkins would be a good fit. I painted two little pumpkins ahead of time, one pink and one blue so that I could let family know as soon as possible.

I told Dominic that the blue pumpkin was his and he loved playing with it and moving it around.

I have had a girl name picked out since I was about 10 years old so it is pretty special to me that I will be able to pass this name on to our little girl.

To be honest, I always thought that I would be a "girl mom" and raise a bunch of princesses. Then I had a boy and couldn't imagine life without him. I love how sweet and snuggly he is. I also love dressing him up! Then I thought I would be a "boy mom". I am excited though that I will have both a boy and a girl. I am excited to watch them both grow up together and I know that Dominic will be a great big brother who will protect his little sister.

If I ask Dominic where the baby is, he will point to my tummy but really, he has no idea what to expect. I am expecting crazy for the first little while. Hahaha.

I am 21 weeks Pregnant now, just past the halfway point so I thought it was time for a photo.
